1. Who processes your data

Atelier 3H, an architectural practice based in Marrakech, Morocco, is the data controller for the purposes of the GDPR.

2. What we collect

When you complete the form on this site, we record what you write in it:

• your name, phone number and, if you give it, your email address;
• your country of residence, where the page asks for it;
• what you tell us about the project: the type of project or intended use, whether you already own land and its area, the budget range, when you want to start, the meeting format you prefer and the hour you book if you book one;
• any free-text message you add.

If you answer a form opened inside Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes us the answers you confirmed there, along with the identifiers of the ad and campaign concerned. We receive nothing else from your profile.

Separately from the form, this site records technical details of your visit:

• the pages you view, where the click came from, and any campaign parameters in the address (utm_source, gclid, fbclid and equivalents);
• your browser and operating system, as they declare themselves;
• your IP address, truncated before it is stored — the final digits are removed, so it no longer identifies a specific device;
• a random session identifier, set only if you accepted analytics.

We collect no special-category data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR, and we never ask for payment details on this site.

3. Why, and on what basis

Calling you back and preparing your meeting

Pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)). Without this we can neither reach you nor prepare the conversation.

Qualifying the enquiry before the call

Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): knowing the land, the use and the budget avoids a meeting with no purpose, for you as much as for us.

Analytics and advertising

Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), given through the banner and withdrawable at any time.

Form security

Legitimate interest: preventing automated submissions and spam.

4. Who has access

Your answers are available to the architects and staff at Atelier 3H responsible for replying to you. They pass through the following providers, each for one specific function:

Supabase

Hosts the database where the enquiry is stored.

Cloudflare

Hosts the site, serves the pages and protects the form against spam.

Our WhatsApp messaging tool

Sends the practice an alert when an enquiry arrives, carrying your name and number so that someone can call you back.

Cabinet OS

Our client-tracking software, where the enquiry becomes a file.

Meta (Facebook, Instagram)

Measuring how well the ads work. Your email and phone number are sent only as an irreversible hash, and only if you accepted advertising cookies.

We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to anyone else for commercial purposes.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

Atelier 3H is based in Morocco. If you live in the European Union, answering our form therefore involves transferring your data to a third country, which the European Commission has not recognised as offering an adequate level of protection.

That transfer rests on Article 49(1)(b) GDPR: it is necessary for the pre-contractual steps you yourself requested. You write to us so that an architect based in Marrakech calls you back and looks at your land; that work cannot happen anywhere else. We transfer nothing beyond what the conversation requires.

Some of our providers also host data in the United States, under standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that did not become a project

3 years from our last exchange, in line with the CNIL's recommendation on prospecting.

Client files

For the duration of the commission, then the statutory retention period applicable to the practice's records.

Analytics

At most 13 months for session identifiers, then aggregated.

After those periods the data is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of its processing, its portability, and object to its use for prospecting. Where processing rests on your consent, you can withdraw that consent without affecting what was done beforehand.

Write to contact@atelier3h.ma. We reply within one month. No justification is needed to object to prospecting.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the supervisory authority in your country: the CNIL in France, the Data Protection Authority in Belgium, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner in Canada, the CNDP in Morocco.

8. Cookies and trackers

On your first visit a banner lets you accept or refuse, by category. Nothing beyond what is strictly necessary for the site to work is set before you choose.

• Necessary: remembering your choice, securing the form. Always active.
• Analytics: pages viewed and paths through the site, to understand what gets read. Subject to your agreement.
• Advertising: measurement of Meta and Google ads. Subject to your agreement; this category, and only this one, is what permits your hashed contact details to be sent to Meta.

You can change your mind at any time from the banner.

9. Changes

This policy may change if our tools change. The date at the top of the page shows the last revision.
